Welcome to SchoolKaj. By registering your school and using our software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and using the SchoolKaj software, you confirm that you are an authorized representative of your educational institution and that you accept these terms on their behalf.
2. Use of the Platform
SchoolKaj grants your institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for internal school management purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute the software code.
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or content that disrupts the service.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Admin Login and Password. The school is liable for all activities that occur under its registered accounts. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify our support team immediately.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
SchoolKaj operates on an annual subscription model. A non-refundable Security Deposit (₹2000) is required to initialize your dedicated server node. The remaining annual balance must be paid within 30 days of deployment. Failure to clear dues may result in a temporary suspension of portal access.
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for your digital node. However, occasional downtime may occur due to planned maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. We will always attempt to notify administrators in advance of any scheduled maintenance.
6. Account Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. SchoolKaj reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account immediately if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if the platform is misused.
