Digital Applications
Parents no longer need to write letters to the Principal. Using the Parent Portal app, they can select the start and end dates of the leave, choose a reason (e.g., Sick, Family Event), and submit it directly to the school.
Medical Certificate Uploads
For extended sick leaves, schools require proof. The system allows parents to take a photo of their doctor's medical certificate and attach it securely to the digital leave application for the administration to verify.
Automatic Attendance Sync
Once a teacher or admin clicks "Approve" on a leave request, the system is smart enough to update the attendance register. The student will be marked "On Leave" (L) rather than "Absent" (A) for those specific days, keeping the records accurate.
